En general el servicio muy bueno, la habitación limpia y cómoda, no tiene televisión incluida. Quiero sugerir que pongan un timbre directamente a la recepción porque me tomó varios minutos para lograr ingresar al edificio.

Su comportamiento fue terrible. Nunca contestaron las llamas y unas horas antes de mi llegada simplemente decidieron enviar un mensaje para norificarme que me habían resignado a otra ubicación. Me parece una falta de respeto

Una mal servicio cambia toda la experiencia.

Fue una experiencia agradable, la gente que me atendió amable, lugar pequeño, pero limpio. Sin embargo para facturar fue un calvario. Antes de irme la solicité y me dijeron que tenía que enviar los datos por correo (?) si ya estaba yo ahí no veo el motivo, aún así lo hice, y no recibí respuesta inmediata por lo que prácticamente tuve que “amenazar” en el segundo correo de poner un reporte al SAT, rápidamente me contestaron. Pero, los montos de facturación no coincidían con el cargo a mi tarjeta, pregunté por qué y a la fecha no han contestado. Y por otro lado también son tan descuidados que me enviaron una factura de OTRO CLIENTE. Se ve que son despistados y bastante flojos en hacer su trabajo. No hay forma o manera de contactarte con ellos más que por correo electrónico (y no lo contestan). En Google no encuentras nada, ni teléfono, en esta plataforma tampoco. Imposible la comunicación.

El lugar esta bien. Un cuarto limpio y excelente localizacion. A tres minutos caminando del Hospital Español. Yo recomendaria a los administradores que tengan almohadas y cobijas extras en caso que un cliente la solicite.

Hay que llamar por teléfono para hacer el check in, quien me contestó dijo que avisaría para que salieran por nosotros y nunca sucedió, hasta que alguien que vive ahí abrió y me dejó pasar pude hacer el "check in", la habitación no tiene TV y la puerta que da a la terraza no cerraba con seguro.

Deja mucho que desear... primero Al hacer la reservación ofrecen cama Queen y no es una cama matrimonial, estuve 3 días y ni uno solo pasaron a hacer limpieza así que ya se imaginarán el cerro de basura

Cuidado. No se respetan las reservaciones

Para empezar no respetaron mi reservación ya que mi habitación ya estaba ocupada por lo que me mandaron a otro hotel similar de la misma empresa me imagino. Qué falta de seriedad. La habitación en la que estaba en buen estado aunque pequeña y no tenía televisión. El agua tenía una falla ya que ó salía demasiada caliente o no salía nada. En resumen no vale la pena.
