Spacious , clean in a nice part of Condessa easily accessible to most anything. Only issue was on first morning had to take a cold shower because the handles weren’t labeled, you only needed a VERY small amount of cold water and it took about 10 min to warm up because we were on the 4th floor. After figure out the shower situation the rest of the stay was excellent.

The hotel has quite a few rooms. It's well marked and the front desk host was lovely. It's wonderful to have a kitchen and cozy beds with tv in each bedroom. The shower was hot and super clean. I'm a female travelling alone and felt completely safe in the area. I will stay here again, gracias!

Stayed there basically for the beds, out and about the whole day. They have a front desk with very nice people and 24hrs security (we had 2 motorcycles which we were able to keep in the garage, very convenient!). Walk to everything, great location.

El lugar tiene una buena ubicación si piensas ir a chapultepec, las habitaciones tienen espacio, tele con Roku, y lo básico para estar ahí, el personal fue muy amable, el unico punto negativo es que la rampa de subida al estacionamiento está algo pronunciada y mi coche raspó bastante al entrar, ojalá y mejoren con cemento ese detalle o lo nivelen bien.

The internet was awful and frustrating as it kept dropping off and very slow. There were no basic items, such as coffee filters or ice trays. In fact the refrigerator didn't work. The stove top very very slow to heat. The administration was very polite and nice.

Buenas tardes , lamento lo sucedido , pero usted nunca mencionó nada del internet , los filtros se le proporcionaron , la estufa es el electrica obviamente no es igual a una estufa de gas , tiene que darle su tiempo , pero si usted lo hubiera mencionado con gusto se le enseña como utilizarla y el frigobar está apagado por ahorro de energía solo había que encenderlo, y listo . Pero tomaremos sus comentarios

Amazing value for the location and our comfort. The locked front gate felt very secure in an already lovely neighborhood and we never waited long to be let in. They held our bags when we had a check out many hours ahead of our late flight. We had an easy walk to wonderful restaurants, and waiting for an uber was just a few minutes spent admiring the area. The only thing at all I could say is yes the water takes long enough to heat up I simply gave up, but this came primarily from water consumption mindedness and knowing I'd be home soon, so I gave up quickly!

This is a 50 room hotel that has an intimate feel. Its not a new building but everything is in good shape and it looks, smells and feels very clean everywhere (lobby, hallways, room, etc). This is a nice residential neighborhood with excellent restaurants within 50 feet. There is also a to go tamale shop (Flor de Lis) and coffee shop within 100 feet. 24 hour person at the front desk who regulates who can come in. I would definitely stay here again.

The family suite is like a 2-bedroom apartment. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, and an electric plate. The neighborhood is very peaceful and plenty of small restaurants and cafés around. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Chapultepec Castle and 10 minutes to the Metro line of that same name.

The two bedroom suite was spacious and fit our needs perfectly. The bedding was luxurious and thick towels were plentiful. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, but as advertised, only Spanish-speaking. Fantastic location in a lovely residential neighborhood with two beautiful parks and a variety of restaurants. As a two-star hotel, certainly exceeded my expectations. Would be happy to stay there again.

Our stay at Condesa Suites was perfect. We were happy to call it home for a week. The "suites" are comfortable, quiet, clean, reasonably well equipped. Our bed was very comfortable. Water pressure is great too. The neighborhood is safe, and very walkable, with lots of dining options around. Since the rooms are equipped with a capable kitchenette, you'll be glad there's a Walmart Express a couple of blocks away. There are two metro stations a short 5 to 10 minute walk away. The closest (Chapultepec, 3 to 5 mins) might be a little sketchy at night so use that one during daylight hours. That said, we used it two times at night and nothing happened to us and we didn't feel unsafe. The other one (Sevilla), while a little further away (7 to 10 minutes), is in a better area and the walk there is quite pleasant with a number of coffee spots around where you can grab one to go. While not glamorous, the metro will take you to most tourist spots (even Xochimilco and Arena México). You'll save and beat traffic every time safely, so you'll love Condesa Suites location. The only area really worth taking an Uber is Polanco and maybe returning from trips at night, although we returned from Lucha Libre (wrestling) at around 11 and there was no problem taking the metro. The best decision from our trip by far.

Condesa Suites is in a really great location. It is accessible, close to Parque España and near a shared bike station, where you can bike around the city. Plus a ton of delicious restaurants. I'd recommend staying here if you have some spanish speaking skills, especially if you have any questions after 5pm, the security guards tend to only speak spanish. The staff was nice and helpful. They answered any questions I had and were very accommodating. The place isn't incredibly fancy, but it has everything you need, a bed, amazing water pressure and a kitchenette. Definitely would stay again.

Great short stay. I loved walking to great food spots and other attractions in the middle of most of the nightlife of CDMX. I enjoyed how easy it was to check in. Jose Luis, the night assistant was great to chat with. I had an early flight so the room was comfortable and appropriate for a nice shower and a good night's sleep. Quick access to Uber or Taxi if you walk a few blocks towards the main boulevards.

It was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. However the stove elements did not heat very well. It took a long time to boil water. There were limited cooking setup.
