We wanted a safe area close to the embassy of our country of origin. We found this place by reference from other people dril our country that were staying there. The staff was great, the area very safe with lots of dining options.

Good location, old building, NO A/C, I need A/C to feel comfortable, room Was warm during the day and at night. I opened the windows and it was noisy and my allergies came up. Breakfast was ok . 👌 didn’t like it at all.

Perfect place to stay in the city
This place was on an excellent location. Quite street not tho many cars with lots of fun restaurants. It is a good size of apartment with a big balcony. Nice breakfast and appetizer during the day. So close to the Venezuelan consulate and so many good stores. Safe aerea, we walk everywhere. The people in the front desk were amazing and very helpful. We recommend it.

I arrived at the hotel and the one at the reception told me that they were over-sold and that we had NO room ... that's why I had to make another reservation with you. The hotel is very bad and dirty.

Buyer beware, overbooking and horrible service!!!!
Beware, they overbooked the hotel, heard customers staying complaining at full volume about workers at the rooms and not having hot water, then another complaining they had been sent to alternate address that did not exist. Lobby is under construction and in no way ready for customers. Made me fill out documents, sign contracts take copies of my ID and credit card information only to say oops, there's no rooms. I told her to be sure after hearing the previous customer complaining. The one that started taking my information just stood up and left , leaving a lady there to "solve the situation" VERY SKETCHY" Not professional at all buyer beware and were left stranded trying to find a Hotel. 2 more customers arrived after me, same problem with NO help or solution.

L’Heritage-Calle Torcuato Tasso 325, Polanco, MC
Both Christian & Damien (front desk mgrs were awesome!) & gave great service within their capabilities. However, being open 1yr they were under construction. Major issues are: NO A/C in the rooms only very loud fans provided as it was so hot at 85 degF; rain shower heads were broken in Rm 402 only half usable; no face washcloths that I used the dish cloth. No signage overhead at the front of hotel (only on glass door) so difficult to find the place by taxi or Uber and to make your front of lobby more attractive & clean and not look like you’re under construction even after a year in business. (Btw, your entrance should have been completed first before you did the rooms! I know bc I’ve been a corporate executive from COB, CEO, President, VP of Sales/Marketing in the US & Intl companies I’ve worked all my life & now consult as a major Investor/Corp Strategist of startups with CEOs. I’m in town doing just that with a Mexico City co. If the hotel owners fix & correct these things for future guests that I plan to return in Dec/Jan. I wish your hotel & staff the best success! Also I want to mention your young new chef, Jacqueline, on the 4th flr was an awesome young woman who was soo accommodating to my food & beverage needs. I hope your managerial & supervisory staff need to continue to take care of her, Christian & Damien as those are excellent employees you need to keep! 🙏😇😁 Mary Moy-Gregg Rm 402 (10/17-10/25/21)

I loved it!
My mom and I went for a quick trip as she needed to visit the Venezuelan consulate. It was walking distance so we chose this hotel. It’s hard to find as other reviews mentioned but the room itself was excellent. It’s like a small apartment with a fridge, kitchen, and little table to sit and eat. The TV had Netflix, free wifi, and free breakfast. Everyone was very friendly. There is No AC but since we went with good weather, it was nice to sleep with the windows open. I would maybe think twice if it was the summer. I highly recommend it and would stay there again. Polanco is a nice area that is very safe and nice to walk around.

Polanco’s Best Kept Secret!!!
Excellent hotel. I will definitely stay again at this location. Polanco is a great neighborhood of CDMX. Walking out of the hotel you have tons of restaurants and shopping galore. BTW the hotel offers breakfast and Chef Luis included up on the 4th floor with a view. Chef Luis is amazing he will cook breakfast for you on the spot and bring it to your table. The whole staff of the hotel are amazing and genuinely friendly. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are super spacious with kitchenettes included. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful loft all renewed at the heart of Polanco, very safe, cozy and ideal for vacations or work at Mexico City, very private and with lots of restaurants, cafes and museums close! I will definitely will come back every time i have business in CDMX! There are some parts that are still under renovation but as is the "Close to you by LHeritage" is amazing, once is finished I'm certain that it will be perfect 👌

Spectacular service from check in to check out. I arrived well before check in time and was able to leave my bag at the receptionist desk while I conducted business. The staff are professional, welcoming and friendly. They accommodated my needs and made me feel at home. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and quite cosmopolitan.

Estuvimos el fin de semana en la propiedad, es fácil acceder y está muy bien ubicada. El proceso de check-in fue sencillo y rápido. Por la noche se puede salir caminando y disfrutar de los restaurantes de los alrededores. El cuarto estaba bastante limpio y ordenado. Nos encantó la atención de Renata y David! Pensamos volver pronto.
