The staff are friendly, they have people available at front desk to let you in after hours since they close the front doors after 10 pm, just ring the buzzer to the right on the wall. They have dedicated security/police officer at entrance. They will not let you use a professional camera to take pictures in the hotel, we learned quickly when my father in law wanted to tales pics with his DSLR camera and one of the staff quickly came over and told him they don’t allow it. Stick to just your phone or basic camera to take pics.

Rooms were clean. No windows but didn’t bother me; the air conditioner did the job. The staff was very nice. Even with some language barrier, the staff tried very hard to communicate and tend to guests needs. Location is great. Many restaurants around to choose from. A small coffee shop next door has great coffee.

Great location, good service, nice cozy atmosphere, had an awesome view of the Torre Latinoamericana from our room. Cleaning seems basic to say the least, I don’t think our bedding was replaced, the bed was just fixed, every day, I finished the box of kleenex the first day and it was never replaced, the lighting in the room was too low. In general it was a good stay.
