It was a bad experience mainly because of the terrible bed, it was very stiff and noisy. We could also hear the noise of the bed from the next room.

I didn't stay in that place. It is not a hotel, it is a dirty and unpleasant house. The room was precarious, there was a smell of cigarettes and marijuana. The room did not have a bathroom. There were 2 bathrooms for all users. There is no staff to serve, a boy arrived on a bicycle, opened the door and left. It's a lie, the advertising is misleading. This place should not be listed on Expedia. I ask for my money back please.

Terrible experiencia en Hotel Casa Hidalgo

¡¡Nunca volveremos al hotel Casa Hidalgo!!, desde nuestra llegada la señora ama de llaves nos atendió en la calle, nunca nos dio el recorrido por la casa y no nos explicó las amenidades, el trato fue grosero y cortante y lo peor, a último momento nos dijo que nuestro baño era compartido, casi me ve desuda otro huesped. Pésima experiencia en este supuesto hotel.

Realice la reservación para alojarme del 20 al 25 de octubre y pagué por la estancia de manera anticipada, el anfitrion de nombre Ángel me envió un WhatsApp el día 19 para ponerse a mis ordenes, estuve en comunicación con el por esa mísma vía, confirmandole mi llegada para el día 20 no obstante de haberme contestado, y haberme solocitado le escribiera unos 20 minitos antes de mi llegada al destino, lo hice por mensaje y le llame y no contesto, llegué al lugar, toque el timbre y nadie atendió, estando en el carro esperando y al ver que pasaba el tiempo tuve que conseguir otro lugar para alojarme, despues de casi una hora se comunico conmigo el Sr. Angel para disculparse, indicando que tuvo problemas de comunicación, mando a un joven a recibirnos pero yo ya había conseguido itro alojamiento, por esa razón le pedi al Sr. Ángel la bonificación del cargo por concepto del servicio que no me dieron y hasta eate momento no he recibido el reembolso, por favor me pueden ayudar con este tema por favor o indicar con quien piedo hablar ?? Ppr su atención gracias y quedo en espera de sus amables comentarios

La propiedad esta en un lugar céntrico, muy limpio, y un buen servicio, solo tuvimos el problema de que la descripción de la habitación estaba incorrecta, decía baño privado y era compartido. El tener un baño privado mis costo 500 pesos extra pero a parte de ese inconveniente es recomendable.

Es una casa en condominio, no un hotel

Pense que era un hotel y es una casa en condominio, con varias habitaciones las areas comunes son la sala,comedor, etc. Pero al ser una casa se oye todo, cuando abren una puerta, cuando pasan por ahi. Su ubicacion es muy buena, porque esta cerca del centro de coyoacan.

Great customer service and accommodation. The shuttle to the airport made our stay very convenient and the place was both modern and comfortable. Carlos was a great host! Highly recommend this place.
