"The staff was waiting outside the hotel to get our luggage and ready to go to the room. The breakfast is included, and it’s not Continental. It’s delicious. The menu is so authentic and tasty. The 24/7 snack bar… THE BEST. They have lots of hot meals on the menu too and super delicious. The location is great to go to the shops and sightseeing."

"Highlights: - Perfect for family with little/young kids as this seems to be the only hotel in Polanco area that is resort-like. All other hotels are high rises - Outdoor heated pool was the best. Again, most likely this is the only hotel in this area with an outdoor pool - Rooms were large for a city center hotel - Buffet and other onsite restaurants were great - Staff was fantastic - A bit of history in an otherwise commercial part of Mexico City. Feels like you are in Mexico City rather than New York City - Walkable to several restaurants and shopping"
