The house is very nice and pleasant. You get what you expect from it. I would definitely stay there again. I would recommend more flexibility in check out.

Pros: The House, its location, its garden, its common areas, and staff around the house. Cons: The rooms are very small with a folding bed that turns into a bed. The walls are thin and with every move your room neighbor makes you might hear ir. or feel it. But the Pros definitely win and the price too..

"I had a wonderful stay at Cl Chapultepec! The highlight of my experience was the beautiful garden on the property. It provided a serene and peaceful oasis right in the heart of the city. The lush greenery and the shade of the trees made it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The location of the hotel is also fantastic. It's conveniently situated, allowing easy access to many attractions and restaurants in the area. Whether you want to explore the city or simply enjoy the tranquility of the garden, this hotel offers the best of both worlds. Moreover, the peaceful ambiance of the hotel made it an ideal place for a quiet retreat. The tranquility and the serene atmosphere allowed me to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Overall, I highly recommend Cl Chapultepec for its beautiful garden, excellent location, and the peaceful atmosphere it provides. It's the perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the city."

They charged me but I was unable to gain access to the property. Near impossible to get hold of them and when I did the whole approach was shady as. They refused to refund me. The people representing this property were extremely disrespectful. One of my worst travel experiences. Luckily I only booked a night. Had to book another place last minute way above budget. Don't say you were not warned.

Tenía buenas expectativas respecto a la propiedad en todos los sentidos. Me gustó que estaba en una zona tranquila. Lamentablemente la experiencia fue muy mala, ya que desapareció una pertenencia mía de mi habitación y por supuesto no se hicieron responsables, negaron todo. De igual manera, no pude descansar, ya que las personas hospedadas junto a mí no respetaban las horas de silencio. Informé para que pudieran ayudarme pero tampoco lo hicieron. Muy mala experiencia. No lo recomiendo por esas situaciones.

Tuvimos inconveniente con el anfitrión por problemas de el con la app, que tuvimos que resolver nosostros a la mera hora, casi nos quedamos sin alojamiento, luego ya que cobraron no contestaban las llamadas ni nada, la instalación súper pequeña que tenías que brincar por arriba de la cama para pasar pero muy linda y limpia
