Venía de una muy mala experiencia en otro hotel Nancy es verdaderamente un Ángel me recibió me instaló y siempre estuvo al pendiente de lo que necesitaba, Iván también fue muy cordial y respetuoso. Un lugar en el que encuentras comodidad, limpieza, seguridad y tranquilidad. Espero regresar.

Muy buna ubicación y la atencion del personal en la recepción muy bueno. Ivan siempre atento a que no faltara nada durante la estancia. Incluso hasta nos apoyaron con la lavanderia compartida que tienen los apartamentos. Muy agradable nuestra estancia.

La propiedad está en excelente condición, todo en buen estado y limpio. El conserje, el señor Iván, siempre estuvo pendiente de lo más mínimo. Nuestra estadía fue estupenda. Polanco es definitivamente un barrio en donde consigues de todo y es súper agradable, con una seguridad inmejorable. Volvería de nuevo a quedarme aquí.
