"Very nice hotel. Located in town close to a big mall, restaurants, grocery stores and the hospital. "

"I didn't like it because the room didn't have coffee, an iron, or even a small refrigerator. It had a TV that had a lot of trouble picking up channels. That hotel is really lacking a lot. At breakfast, there was a toaster that burned the bread no matter how low I set the toasting time; there were eggshells in the eggs; and only one type of coffee was available. The only person who was very kind was the one who welcomed us upon our arrival"

"When I arrived, there was only 1 person registering guests as they come into the hotel. Due to this, it took close to 25 minutes for someone to register me and provide my room key. Then, the room had several issues. First, the A/C unit was very loud. Also, the shower was very outdated and shower head was missing parts to direct the water, therefore water was spraying in every direction. The overall room needs to be remodeled due to excessive wear and tear. Lastly, several of the lights in the hallway leading to my room were not working and therefore it was very dark walking to my room."

"Nice hotel convenient located in the center of town. It’s easy to get mostly anywhere from here. The hotel was undergoing a renovation so it was a bit dusty. It has a nice pool to refresh in during the hot Mexicali weather. "

"Lugar limpio y familiar, lo unico que no me agrada es que la salida es a las 12 y desde las 9 am te estan tocando la puerta para saber si extenderas la estadia o dejaras el cuarto, y solo el dia marzo 29, alrededor de las 10 am la camarera ni siquiera toco la puerta solo la abrio, claro la reporte en recepción mas no se si tomaron cartas en el asunto"

"My room on the 5th floor was clean and the pillows were decent. The air conditioning system in the room was noisy. It definitely needs to be replaced. "
