"This building is fairly new, modern, and spotlessly clean. It's a great alternative to a traditional hotel, especially when traveling with family. Check-in is automated via a lockbox and the apartment is furnished with everything except a washing machine or clothes iron.
The reason for my mediocre rating, though, is the lack of service. Check-in instructions were sent to me via whatsup, which I don't use, so I had to call the number in my email confirmation because there was no one on-site.

"The property was conveniently located across the street from bus#9 and several blocks from coffee shop, train/bus station and supermarket. When we arrived the twin bed was broken along with two door handles. The owner was aware but never addressed it. We just received automated messages since they were out of town. We were only supplied with one garbage bag and dishwasher pod. There was no soap, wine opener or wine glasses. Overall the apartment was ok for a few days. "
