A fabulous place to stay.

Fantastic stay
My friend and I stayed three nights with our teens. We all had a great time. Everything you need in the apartments, friendly staff, lovely wood fire place, private marina for fishing off. Peaceful location, 20 minute walk along the water to the shops.

Brain's hospitality was fantastic. Individual villas with great atmosphere. Neat and Clean home with Kitchen and all the the amenities, Washing machine and dryer was helpful. Kids had good time in the Spa, located at the swimming pool area. The resort is highly recommend for family with young kids.

A very relaxing hideaway.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Metung. This is a quiet area and the units are almost waterside giving access to the boardwalk which takes you 20 minutes into town. There is a number of units on the precinct but all are discretely landscaped to give privacy. Our double storey unit was well equipped and spacious. This unit does need a refresh but otherwise was a great place to stay. The on-site manager, Brian, is very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay at Edgewater Terraces.
From booking in with Bryan all went well. He gave us all the information we needed. The unit was in excellent condition with everything required including Foxtel, wifi, air con, washing machine, dryer and BBQ. It is in a great quiet location only minutes from the boardwalk along the lake. Wonderful bird life was a bonus!

Great place to relax
We booked the Blackwood Terrace House over the labour day weekend. It was great. Even though the place was fully booked, we hardly heard anyone as it was set towards the back of the property overlooking the pool. It was a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen. Would re-book the place again.

Great week in Metung attending regatta
Exactly what we need for the week attending a regatta out of Metung. plenty of space, clean and tidy and just across the road from the water where we could moor our boat, Staff all helpful and offer to assist where they could, but as everything was organised no need, Definitely stay again.

relaxing, beautiful bird life
Spotlessly clean, friendly, well appointed kitchen. Enjoyed the walk along boardwalk into town, although it's not particularly well litten with quite a few light bulbs out,( walking home from hotel...) and there's no rails, so don't have too much to drink! , the TV channels are pretty ordinary due to the location of units being in a gully.

Relaxing weekend away
My wife and I were looking for somewhere nice and quiet to spend a relaxing couple of days to just chill out and quietly celebrate my 60th birthday. Edgewater Terraces was the perfect location, away from crowds and with lovely views. We also did some exploring of the local area, tracing the footsteps of some of my wife's ancestors.

Perfect position overlooking the water.
Lovely relaxing having breakfast on the front deck overlooking the water and watching the boats go out. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to moor the boat on the jetty out the front and go out fishing or to the pub for dinner with such ease. Very friendly management, more than happy to help. Great location and very quiet.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in our one bedroom terrace house. Not only was it in a great location, it was very quiet as well. It may have been the time of year, as only one other unit was occupied. It was an easy walk into Metung on the boardwalk with some great little cafes and delicious coffee on offer. The rainbow lorikeets flew in for a feed of seeds on our balcony. We also loved the birdsong from other birds in the gardens. The surrounds were attractive and the unit provided all that we required.

Edgewater Metung, spacious rooms, lovely gardens
Edgewater has clean, luxurious, spacious apartments (lounge room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms are all separate), with private spa in bathroom, aircon and wood fired stoves, all in a spectacular garden setting. There are many native parrots and birds enjoying the gardens in this secluded part of Metung, just 1km from the main strip of harbourfront, cafes and great pub. Private jetty and boat hire is just 100mtrs from the front door.

Originally booked for two nights but stayed for three. Metung is a beautiful spot to wind down and relax and the unit we were in was huge with every thing you need to make you feel at home. We loved the place and would definitely go back there again.
