"Beautiful hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast buffet was a very nice and delicious spread in a very beautiful setting. Bed was very comfortable. My only complaint would be the room isn't very sound proof as we could hear every little thing going on in the hallway and were woken up many times earlier than we were wanting to get up . Apparently house keeping starts ver early in the morning. Also be aware if you are staying on a Thursday, trash pickup is on Friday morning and very loud for the rooms near the dumpster below. Absolutely loved this place despite the minor annoyances and will definitely be staying again next time we are in Cleveland "

The restaurant was nice although a bit slow on service. I stayed in a suite and it was up to expectations and as described. "

"The hotel was quiet. The room was large, comfortable, and mostly clean. Not pristine museum-level clean, but clean enough to feel comfortable staying there. Noise was minimal, with just some typical hallway sounds from staff in the morning, nothing out of the ordinary for a hotel. The staff was generally courteous. Some were more pleasant and friendly than others, but no one was rude or problematic. It was a straightforward, comfortable stay, and I would consider staying again based on the price and overall experience."
