"Well folks I'm not one to dawg anyone or place but they was awful room wasnt clean they let just anyone pay to swim so no swimming the food was all gone by 8 n they say they serve until 9 maybe 10. I dnt know but i feel like it could have been better thats all"

"This is an extremely old Hyatt, does not even come close to usual Hyatt hotels. Desperately needs remodeling, simple things like new shower curtains are not even being kept up. No up do date charging options, carpet tearing, stains everywhere, elevator dirty. It was not the worst but I would not stay here again. Staff was very nice and helpful. "

"The AC unit in the room rattled loudly, there was no clock at all, no microwave or note pad and pen. The hotel did not provide even a continental breakfast and the onsite restaurant was very expense. The pool was nice, but no hot tub. However, the room was quite and clean. "

"My room was clean, however, I did notice there was still hair in the sink and water still came out of the faucet when taking a shower. So it felt like a shower bath. When checking in, I was not told they charge for parking nor did I see it in while booking the room. I’m used to breakfast being included with the stay of the hotel. However, the breakfast was not included despite how much you’re paying for the room ($200/night). You have to pay $12 extra if booking online for breakfast and if you don’t include the exact number of people with you, you or them will have to pay for their breakfast. The staff was friendly and loved the woman who waited on me and my children at breakfast. "
