"Our first trip as 3 (we just had a baby) wasnt horrible but not ideal either. In the middle of the night the heater went out, we suffered through the 30° weather until morning to get wood. The fireplace doesn't ventilate well, and the smoke was suffocating us. I was looking forwars to the room Jacuzzi but it was severely outdated and honestly I didn't see any option to turn the jets on and when I turned the water on a little bit of the old water with soapy bubbles started coming up, which was a an eye soar. Other than that, it was great. "

"1. Cabin Quality & Comfort The cabin is beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully maintained. Although it’s on the smaller side, the layout is efficient and includes everything you need—including a comfortable living area. Towels and essentials are well-stocked, which makes the stay easy and convenient. 2. Service & Experience The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The entire process—from logging in to check-in and check-out—is smooth and hassle-free, which adds a lot to the overall positive experience. 3. Minor Drawback The only downside is that the water heater can be quite noisy. Aside from that, everything else about the stay is excellent."

"We were looking for a relaxing weekend and we got it. The property is beautiful and is very quiet and peaceful. we stay in cabin #10 its was cute and perfect for our family. I like that it had 2 bathrooms. We love the view from our room, we open the blinds and we could see the stars. we had a great time at the firepit which it was right outside our cabin. quiet time was at 10 pm unfortunately our neighbors were so loud they didn't stop until 2am. in the morning we notice a water leak from the Kitchen light fixture, looks like there's a bathroom right above our cabin kitchen. not a big deal for us because we were just leaving, but in the future, I would like to book the same cabin, and I would not like to see that leak."

"Quite possibly the worst, most unsafe hotel experience I have ever had, which includes hotels in India and hostels in Spain and Italy, as well as many fine properties as well. We discussed using our fireplace with the manager, who gave us no reason to doubt doing this; having a fire is one of the highlights of staying in the mountains in winter. However, once we started the fire, the smoke alarm in the master bedroom went off, despite the flue being open and several windows being cracked. When we called the manager and asked him to take a look, he was unwilling to do so. Instead, he offered us to change rooms, in the middle of the night, with young children. Later after discussing this with other folks in town, the consensus was that the back flow of smoke into the room was likely due to a dirty, poorly maintained chimney. My children weee frightened by the smoke entering our room. It was so bad that we took the logs and embers outside and disposed of them in the snow, to remove all trace of smoky wood from the room. The poor maintenance and attitude of the property were in my opinion unconscionable. I don’t recommend staying here, and certainly don’t use the fireplace. "
