"I picked this hotel specifically because the website says there is a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. Upon arriving at DIA he waited forever, to the point a different shuttle service offered and drove him to the hotel. In the morning when he asked about the shuttle for a ride back to DIA they told him it wasn’t running because they were at lunch, it was 9am…. Very very inconvenient and not only took the smoothness out of all the planning I put into this trip for him, I had to also pay for an uber "
