"The beach and restaurant are quite lovely as is the entrance to the hotel. We were taken through the hotel, out the back ally, up some stairs to a different building and into a large undecorated room with a large patio with no view. There was a party in the room above us all night that made it impossible to sleep. I’m sure it was once a lovely location but it hasn’t aged well. Best for young folks that want to party. "

"We had a wonderful 12 days in residence 1, a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with kitchenette. The view from the balcony was absolutely fabulous! It was a joy to sit out and look over Isola Bella beach! The grounds are beautiful and lush with well maintained gardens and the pool area was perfect! There were plenty of umbrellas and chairs and it was never too busy so was quiet and relaxing, also a gorgeous seaview. The walk down the Isola Bella beach or up to Taormina was definitely a ...

"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "Lovely location to get the train to and from. Walking distance to a lot of nice bars and restaurants. The host was lovely and very helpful. You can use the washing machine which was helpful for we travelled hand luggage only. Apartment was large and had everything you needed, even a friendly cat that would visit the garden!
