It is very difficult to cross the street or to walk near the hotel. The shuttle is a nice option, but has very limited times. The staff were perfunctory; they were accommodating but not very friendly. "

"Amazing location with an unobstructed view of the water, the volcano island, and the sunset. All the rooms get this unobstructed view. The individual hot tubs also overlook this view, so the experience is top notch. The common pools also are well laid out. The staff was very friendly, and the snacks/meals that we ordered to the room were also great. They even arrange airport drop-off and pick-up on a short notice for a flat fee ($45 as of Oct 2024). "Beautiful place,the sunset views from the terrace were breathtaking. The hot tube always clean,room was very clean,daily changing towels and cleaned. Sraff were amazing,breakfast very good. "Had a fantastic 5 day stay at Altera Pars Suites! Staff were very helpful and gave us advice on where to go to watch the sunset that isn’t busy. Breakfast delivered by our pool everyday was incredible. Will definitely be returning next year. "
