From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They made travelling with a young baby remarkably easy and we were so grateful. We booked a Senior Suite with an outdoor terrace and private jacuzzi — and it was absolutely perfect. The space was beautiful, and we loved having the jacuzzi to relax in. The pool area was peaceful with comfortable sun loungers, and breakfast each morning was a lovely experience, made even better by the attentive and kind staff. We also really appreciated the location — just an 8-minute uphill walk to the centre of Fira. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fira."

"Traveled with 75 year old mother who doesn't do stairs well so this was an obvious concern traveling to Santorini. This hotel was perfect for us! Only 1 flight of stairs that she used one time a day and that was to leave for outings. Otherwise the pool, restaurant/bar was on the same level as our room. View is amazing! Large breakfast which is included. Lunch/dinner from the restaurant also very good. The hotel is away from the center of fira which was great. Very quiet. Free shuttle to Fira for shopping and restaurants. Five minute walk to pharmacy and bank ATM. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
