The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from our balcony. Positioned in the heart of the lake, with the majestic mountains as a backdrop, it felt like we were in paradise. "The hotel was great. Interesting place on the highway. Clean and comfortable. The dinning room was very disappointing. I really couldn't eat my dinner. I was cold tough and expensive. I ordered a game dish. Should gave been a treat. The disappointing part was that the waiter never came back after dropping the plates. Not for wine refills or the check on us. It didn't occur to him that I hadn't eaten. It seemed that a bus arrived and the focus was no longer on the dinning room guests. The breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. The focus seems to be on large quantity cooking and bigger groups which they handle well. "
