My room was also not available despite me reserving it weeks in advance. They put me in a different room that had a pullout bed, not an actual bed for my guest. ...

Poolside seating was nice at the main pool. The hot tubs weren't hot at my building. They were renovating at the time of our stay therefore I would come back and try again.
