"The property certainly can use an upgrade. I informed the staff at checkout that the carpet is so old it’s bunched up in places and is actually a hazard and liability. The tile grout in the bathroom area is very dirty. Can hear the people upstairs. The daily housecleaning was fine, it just needs deep cleaning and upgrading. New A/C unit worked well."

"Great place to stay in Moab! The room was clean, smelled great and perfect for our short stay. The pool and hot tub were also great after a day of hiking. Breakfast is not an option but is listed as available on expedia but this was no issue for us."
