We stayed at the Noax Hotel for four nights. The hotel is located a little too far from the centre of town. The hotel is just a shimmer of its former days, and it is starting to look like the money has run out and is beginning to fall into disrepair. The room got very warm from the afternoon sun. The staff are friendly. However, English is not their first language, which was a big struggle for the hotel. We used Google's translator app and were able to get by. On checkout, the staff tried to get me to pay again for a prepaid hotel booking. When I showed them the receipts, they did not believe me. The employee insisted I only paid for one day and showed me on the hotels.com system. When I checked the system with the employee, the employee had selected the wrong guest.

Good hotel with impolite receptionist
Hotel is new with nice rooms however our check in experience was very bad. One of the ladies at the reception was very rude and impolite. She used to reply to us in a rude and unacceptable way even for basic questions like when we asked for an English copy of the check in papers (which turned to be not available in this 5 stars hotel so we had to translate everything using our mobiles before we sign) When we asked for the manager to complain about her behavior, she called somebody and from they way he was dressed, he didn't look like a manager. When we asked her to confirm that this is the manager the lady sarcastically replied to us confirming that this is the one. Next day it turned out that manager is someone else who was very supportive and polite!! When we then entered our room, it was extremely hot! We spent 1 hour inside but the AC didn't help so we were shifted to another room. It turned out that room was not prepared for our check in and they didn't switch On AC before our arrival. Wifi was not working at all for any of the users but after a long argument with the staff, I was provided with staff credentials which worked fine. Next day we complained to the reception manager and he was very polite and understanding. Without this person our whole experience would have been much worse. Though our check in experience was very bad, reception manager was the one who absorbed our anger and understood our complains. Thanks to him for all what he did.

At arrival with 4 people we have been told that the hotel is booked out despite of a fix reservation. At the end we had to find another hotel late in the night and we have got the feeling that the staff also was not really trying to find a solution or to assume responsibility. We just have been told to get in contact with hotels.com. So, I can't recommend this hotel and will not book there anymore.

Kötü hizmet, kötü otelcilik.
sabah kahvaltı edemeyeceğimizi söyledik, bize sandviç hazırlayacaklarını söylediler ama sanviç hazırlanmadı. elektrik kesikti, kettle bozuktu, sıcak su istedik bir türlü gelmedi. otel iyi, hizmet çok kötü. bir daha kalmam.
