"Staff was very professional, the hotel was very close to Luxembourg station with market nearby. It felt safe for a solo female traveler. They even came for housekeeping, which I did not expect for a 2-night stay. My only “complaint” was the size of the room. It was very small, and had no room to lay my suitcase, and definitely could not open it up completely. "

Check in was very slow as there was only 1 person checking people in, which for a large hotel with a big event going on while we were there, isn't very good. "My husband and I stayed for one night and it was truly a great experience. We ordered slippers and a bath robe late at night and room service brought it over very fast and were kind. Also, we ordered food from the restaurant at 21:30 and they brought the food warm and it tasted great. Would recommend this place to anyone. Affordable, clean, good service and amenities. "
"A quaint hotel close to downtown Luxembourg. Very friendly and helpful employees. The bus system is free to use, super convenient. The rooms are well sized and so are the bathrooms. Missing a fridge but otherwise all is well kept, clean and comfortable. The property has limited parking but free parking is just a 3 minute walk away."
"We were in the studio apartment for 6 people and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space, comfortable beds/sofa beds and the bathroom looks brand new and well stocked with toiletries.
We had our dog with us and there's plenty of grassy area outside the hotel. It's right next to a petrol station and shop with lots of things to put together dinner in the apartment.
