"The hotel is an older property but well maintained. The pool has been closed for a long time and is still closed although it should have opened last month. The hot shower is tepid. Staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient location just off the interstate."

"This is the 4th time we have stayed at the Aurora Inn. It is an older quirky kind of place. Clean. Cozy back patio, charming. We showed up on a holiday. The restaurant and bar were closed. Erica, the front desk manager got us beers from the bar and set us up on the patio. Helpful and friendly. The back entrance near the indoor pool has a strong odor of mildew. We always enjoy our stay at the Aurora Inn. "

"Carpet in room is horrible. It's stained and ripped. My room was nonrefundable and I needed to cancel this room which had to be approved by the manager for a full refund. Hotels.com called and emailed numerous times over 3 days...no response. I called...no response. Staff who answered the phone was very rude about it as well. Manager never returned one phone call. Breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed."

"There was nothing good to say about our “10 minute stay”. Checked in, turned around and checked right back out. Property was dirty, lights were not functional and even after our initial realization of the twilight zone that we were in, we still proceeded to check out the room. Big mistake - dirty, stains on box spring, comforter, light bulbs weren’t in lamps, floor was sticky, and no comment on the bathroom. Do better, your staff isn’t even set up for success. The kicker is the paper that they have you sign, essentially holding you hostage if booked via a 3rd party - If there is an attempt to shove that down my throat, I’ll see you in court😊"

"We have stayed here probably fifteen times or more and it seems to us that things are getting pretty lax. There was no soap in shower, no kleenixes in holder, and the room smelled musty. When trying to obtain two extra towels, no one appeared at front desk for five minutes and then I left. Then front desk girl on Sunday told us breakfast was at six, but didn't start til seven. Maybe comfort suites is a better option next time."
