"Everything was great except the last day we were there, we renewed our room for an extra night and were not told the pool and hot tub were closed for the day, we could have went to another one of their properties which we had done the day before but swimming at another location is a hassle. Also we tried four of the indoor pools and all were pretty cold. There was one at the treescape that was bearable the others were not, we couldn’t even really get in the one at the vue. Other guests felt the same way. "

"I really enjoyed this hotel. It was clean, staff was very helpful. Very good location with restaurants and shopping near by. "

"The hotel internet did not work the whole time we were there. "They were fixing it every time I called". The water park and theme park were great though. Just need to update their hotels. "

"Friendly staff and managers, hotel room was really nice. Had two up to date tv’s where im able to stream netflix and other apps alike. Really comfortable beds, more of a extra firm pillow kinda guy but I didn’t mind the soft pillows they had. Pool and hot tub were really nice, definitely enjoyed those. Overall really enjoyed my stay with this Hotel again next time I visit Devils Lake. Was also very close to a lot of places while being kind of secluded and off the main streets (noisy) so very much enjoyed the quiet nights. 10 min drive to most places, Wisconsin Dells outlets, Devils lake, variety of restaurants."
