"James on reception was excellent with perfect English which helped. He explained everything slowly and calmly and directed us to our room. The room was perfectly suitable with functioning air conditioning, and soft pillows, and although the bathroom was a bit dated, it was again perfectly adequate."

We took hotel to stay night and take rest towards our onwards journey but no AC properly turned on by mgmt as it was controlled by them we happened to spend the night with no sleep and sweating whole night. Receptionists said they will decrease the temperature remotely but that never happened or ac not cooling. Terrible experience."

"This hotel is in a central location on Lake Como and within walking distance to many restaurants, the ferry, the funicular and other attractions. The “continental” breakfast was actually a huge breakfast buffet with pastries, eggs, bacon, sausages, fruit, mimosas, coffee, deli meats, granola and juices…all delicious! Rooms are updated and very clean. My only complaint is concerning the flat, hard pillows but I also did not ask for a replacement which I should have done."
