"We booked through hotels.com for 2 adults and a 12 year old. When we arrived, we were told that the hotel does not have rooms that cater for children. We were all expected to sleep in one bed. My 12 year old is 5’9”! There were no other rooms available for the first night of our stay but were offered an additional room for the second night at a cost to us. We had not budgeted for an additional room so we were left with no other choice. If we would have known this prior, we would have booked somewhere else. Hotels.com should not be selling these rooms! "

"Hotel Pavilon was better than we could hsve ever imagined! We had no idea what to expect when we arrived, and we were very pleased. The rooms were quite comfortable and had lovely views. The daily breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to help us with all our needs. The next time we come to Prague, we will.stay here again. And I will be telling anyone I know to stay there as well. "

The hotel offered free parking, which was a big plus, even though it was about a 300-meter walk from the accommodation. The nearest tram station was also conveniently located, just a 5–8 minute walk away, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a nice complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us — a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. Since we visited in the summer, we were pleasantly surprised to find a fan already set up in the room, which made our stay much more comfortable.
