Very basic room. Only one nightstand The bed was like plywood. A/C on or off no setting a temp. No chairs in room. Never any water in toilet. Leftovers in fridge when we arrived. Had to ask to have room cleaned. Shower head leaking all over. Staff very friendly.

Our room was on the second floor, number 11, where the air conditioning did not blow cool air, but only warm air, so we had to sleep sweaty. I could not sleep sweaty😡 That's why we went to swim in the outdoor pool at 1 am. But the staff came to say that it was not allowed. Should they even have asked why we were swimming in the middle of the night? When checking out, I told them about the non-working air conditioning, to which the receptionist just thanked me for my feedback😡 How in hell can you sleep in a communist cube in a beach hotel when the sun is shining during the day and the heat is over 40 degrees, and at night the temperature does not drop in a brick house? Every room should also have a large ceiling fan in addition to air conditioning in a hotel of this level. IN FINLAND as an accommodation entrepreneur, problems are addressed and fixed immediately, and in such cases the booker is compensated or a new night is paid. This is real customer service from Finland. But here in Mexico they don't even care about feedback as long as they get the money😡 I think 117 euros per night is way too much for a hotel of this standard😡

Me gustó mucho el hotel pero el día de hoy nos despertaron ruidos de construcción, estaban amartillando a las 7 am, y eso nos disgustó muchísimo. El estacionamiento es chico y la primera noche tuvimos que dejar el coche afuera. De ahí en fuera todo excelente !

El personal muy amable y atento a las necesidades. El único “pero” que le pongo, es que al llegar la persona de recepción se tardó mucho y nos dio una habitación de cama queen, siendo que la reservación fue por una King size. Al día siguiente nos cambiaron sin ningún problema.

Trabajo en hospitalidad y tuve que esperar varios días para poder escribir un comentario extremadamente molesto y con cada detalle de lo que pasó. Todo fue terrible, de principio a fin. Tienen mucha tareas ante de poder representar el nombre de la propiedad y el precio que cobran. No recomiendo hospedaje en este lugar y jamás me volvería a hospedar. Triste porque se ve que el edificio tiene potencial si estuviera siendo manejado adecuadamente.

Desafortunadamente tuvimos problemas con las llaves de las puertas al llegar a nuestro hotel, lo que restó puntos a la experiencia. Al otro día nadie nos dijo que el desayuno solo era para dos personas, cuando llegamos 3 y se reservó para 3, en cuanto pregunté al respecto qué pasaba me dijeron que solo era para dos personas, pero jamás me ofrecieron alguna solución; eso deja mucho que desear. Tampoco se nos mencionó que el desayuno era en un restaurante a dos cuadras del hotel, y que teníamos que esperar a que lo prepararan. Desafortunadamente tuvimos que irnos sin desayunar porque tardaron más de 25 minutos en prepararlo. No creo que esto esté mal, al contrario, aunque en la reserva decía que el desayuno era continental, se agradece que fuera un desayuno más completo, pero creo que lo que falta es comunicación desde el personal del hotel al huésped, eso siempre marcará la diferencia. La experiencia al usuario podría ser fantástica porque tienen un hotel fantástico y las chicas fueron súper amables, únicamente fueron estos incidentes los que restaron experiencia. Aún así volvería porque es muy cómodo y el amanecer frente a la playa es lo máximo!

La alberca estaba en mantenimiento pero comentaron que a finales de mes estará lista, ojalá que si, porque tengo muchas ganas de regresar. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación y el personal fue muy atento y amable. Sin duda, me volveré a quedar ahí.

Excelente servicio para la playa , tienes incluidos palapa, sillas, mesas, camastro, latas x 1 hr, nevera y/o bocina. El personal es muy atento y servicial . Solo que no es un lugar si quieres estar sin nada de ruido porque tiene un ambiente tipo fiesta los viernes y sábados desde la música de los pasillos hasta el roof top. La comida del restaurante es muy buena. Nosotros lo usamos para cenar y desayunar. La playa está cruzando 2 pasos y aunque pocos cajones de estacionamiento pero cuenta con uno cerrado pero al aire libre

El que ofrecen estacionamiento es una MENTIRA, no lo hay. Lo dejas el auto en la calle y es misión imposible encontrar lugar en temporada alta. No nos realizaron la limpieza de la habitación. No volvería a hospedarme ahí.
