The guest room, particularly the bathroom, has not been maintained. The shower head was dirty. No water was provided in the room. Instead, you could purchase it from a vending machine.

Decent place. The only negative I would have to say is Expedia says there’s a free airport shuttle. That’s why I booked here. I had an early morning flight and it wasn’t available, causing me to pay for a 20 min cab ride.

Opc 1 you can get a ticket from the airport ADO for 45 pesos and the bus stop just in the hotel ADO station. Opc 2 it is our shuttle thet sorry was not available when you need it.Please dont hesitate to contact us to hlp you in the next trip

Tiny rooms, strange glass doors on bathroom which are see through and don't have a latch, no mini fridge, included "breakfast" is a joke so expect to have to find that elsewhere. Internet was fairly reliable apart from usual login nonsense and A/C worked well.

Hotel was clean and the area was nice and walkable. The service was awful. Staff weren’t aware about the promotions the hotel had, and took forever to get items such as towels for the pool. They were very weird about the breakfast items. The hotel staff generally felt poorly trained and understaffed. I would not stay here again.

The staff was warm and helpful. I found the property and the room in need of some paint and a good cleaning. Floor was kind of icky. Looking at the door & tables, I could see fingerprints from previous users. Not to the level of clean I would expect from this type of hotel. The layout of the room, with the blackout shades & comfy bed was great. Overall, I would stay again but lower your expectations. It’s not 5 star.

El hotel tiene una super buena ubicacion, la plaza donde se encuentra localizado tiene todos los dias musica en vivo y restaurabtes y ademas hay farmacias y supermercado, las instalaciones modernas y bonitas. El servicio es deficiente, era como una obligacion que te atendieran, lo que menos me gusto fue el desayuno, en la tarifa indican que el desayuno esta incluido y cuando llegas te llevas la sorpresa que solo es pan, frutas y jugo, hay otro tipo de comida pero cuando llegas te dicen que tiene costo adicional y no era mucha la variedad, deben especificar eso desde la reserva, muchas personas se servian y luego les decian que tenia costo, no me paerece que vale la pena.

Our shower had no hot water. Asked front desk for three days to look into this and finally an “engineer” went up to our room. They just turn on the water and switch it from hot to cold with no difference in temp and swears that everything was working fine. Staff was condescending, rude and unhelpful. Had to find and alternate location to shower our toddlers as the water was too cold for them.

Sr. Jonathan de antemano una disculpa por lo sucedido, se tuvo un tema eléctrico en la plaza y que aunque nuestra planta trabajo se vieron dañados algunos equipos de forma temporal, y aunque se reactivaron de forma parcial, y en el caso del agua se llego a una temperatura de confort entendemos que la percepcion de cada persona es diferente, y en eso no cumplimos con su necesidad, Esperamos que nos pueda da runa oportunidad para resarcir lo sucedido y podamos ofrecerle algo que pueda compensarlo.

Two things were off-putting: a) The shower floor gets slippery when showering and the hotel did not provide non slip mat, treads or any safety accessory or feature. b) The sun in the Merida region rises rather early and it is generally very intense. Unfortunately, the room does not have curtains that completely block the sunlight and it is difficult to get up late.

very nice hotel , upon entering the room i notice the air conditioning was turned off being in MERIDA where temperatures are super hot this is not ok after turning the ac on the room never got cold for the 3 days stay some smell in the room and dirty floor with hair and particles had to tell the room keeper to clean the floor after the first few minutes after arrival, front desk was very helpful and very nice also the continental breakfast was very nice not going to stay there again do to the air condition and cleaness .

The check in was not available after 3pm. A guy finally picked up the phones and asked for help (posing as staff). It took about an hour to get into the room . I went to the restaurant to eat, but it was closed. Then i went to put my small food in the room fridge but it didn't have one. So I threw the food away. Then I didn't have any water, so I went to the vending machine as the note says. Well that was broke also. So I paid 100 pesos for two baby waters with the cleaning staff. Then I went upstairs to the roof bar, but that was closed also. (Keep in mind this is Saturday. I hoped the horrible reviews were false because of Covid and Tuesday nights. I assumed a Saturday it would be full functioning. NOPE. ) I LIVE a few blocks away, but we've been having electric grid problems because of the heat and overuse. So i wanted to treat myself and my GF to this hotel and a pool. Turns out the pool does not function. It does not move. I would advise to stay out of it. That is not safe. Then we went to the restaurants and stores in the center, only to realize they are almost all closed down. This is listed as VIP stay online but it needs to be removed since no amenities were available.
