"What is upsetting is I, by mistake put the wrong dates in my one day stay…however I purchased a 9.00 protection plan that was offered with this reservation…apparently this particular reservation won’t refund…then why was this offered when making this reservation…I will refrain from using Hotels.com in the future…if the plan doesn’t cover this property than why does it appear on my reservation as an option…that’s just wrong… Molly Cuddy"

"Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, wifi was a little slow, the pool was indoor and heated. Great spots for dining nearby. Overall it was a pleasant stay "

"There was a terrible smell in the lobby when we walked in. We were told a pipe had burst. Then, the pool was not available. There was a restaurant & bar, with hours posted, but neither were ever open…not sure why. We were also told on the phone beforehand we could get a rollaway & they were not available."

"The staff was friendly. The property was clean, quiet, and peaceful. I liked the fact that the elevators required key cards. I didn't like the fact that there wasn't a microwave to warm my takeout from the night before. I'm sure if I'd asked the staff would either brought me one or told me where I could use one."
