"Breakfast very simple ...only decaf coffee ...no staff around"

"Staff at reception was not present when we arrived. Waited for 10 minutes or so. Rang bell multiple times. Finally called and after many rings they came from pool area. Bedroom is old and worn. Bedspread had many pulls and strings all over. Bath tub does not have non slip strips or a bath nonslip mat to put down. I slipped and luckily did not hit my head. Breakfast adequate. "

"The staff were especially nice and a highlight of the stay. The room was very tidy and comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. My main reason for not rating higher is that the front of the Expedia page lists a hot tub but there is none at the hotel. Also the estimate for the room never mentions a charge per night for parking, which may be small but is frankly ridiculous since the front desk told me I could park at Applebees if the lot was full. "

"There was no security. Anyone could enter through side doors without a key card. There was no hand soap at the sink; no cups or supplies for coffee or tea in the room. They ran out of eggs at breakfast at about 8:10 am even though breakfast didn’t end until 9. I had to ask for more eggs, which took 15 minutes. They tasted awful. The soda and vending machines were out of order. I could hear the people in the room above me getting in and out of bed and walking around for several hours. The water in the shower was scalding hot alternating with bursts of cold. It was mot a pleasant stay."
