"The location is fantastic. Tram is very close. 2min walk. Very fun concept of staying in a train. Staff lovely. The negatives were dragging suitcases up three very long staircases. Also we were in C31 which was supposed to sleep 2 people. No working ladder to the top berth. Bottom bed would maybe sleep two 8 year old kids. Not two adults. Should not be considered a double room. Had to sleep feet to head so that we could fit. If trying to sleep an adult this should be a single room. ...

"I loved how close the hotel was to the train station. The hotel was very modern with a friendly staff. I loved that the lobby had a water dispenser. Hasty conversion of a traditional Brussels home by freelance contractor. Shame because very good location in relation to EU institutions. "No funciona el WiFi solo en la recepción y no hay manera de tener atención solo en los horarios que marcan de 10am -5 pm Tuvimos la experiencia de desalojar el edificio por que solo la alarma a las 2 am y no había manera de comunicarnos a recepción de que sucedía y estábamos en el piso 9 empezamos a bajar por escalera , sin embarro igual subir y llegamos hast abajo sin saber a k hr podíamos regresar ya que no había nadie de ahí ...la alarma se silencio pero no sabíamos que pasaba .
