"We recently stayed at this property in Merced as a large group of 20, booking four separate rooms, and our experience was very positive. The hotel is in an excellent location with many dining options nearby. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with convenient features such as a chair that converted into a bed.
We enjoyed the pool during our stay, and although towels were not initially available, the front desk responded promptly and provided them right away, which we greatly appreciated.
Breakfast each morning exceeded expectations, offering a wide variety of options including scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, a waffle maker, assorted breads, bagels, muffins, and condiments such as Nutella and jelly. The juice machine provided apple, orange, and cranberry juice, which was a nice touch.
Overall, this hotel provided comfort, convenience, and excellent service. It was well-suited for our large group, and I would recommend it to both families and groups traveling to the area."
"We were in town for a wedding. Customer service was amazing from the front desk, to breakfast service, and the cleaning staff. Beds were comfortable and a/c unit worked great. Hotel was fairly quiet we couldn’t even hear the nearby freeway. "
"The room is clean parking was really close to the room very easy to get in and out of the property. The manager and staff were extremely friendly we were having trouble connecting to the cable manager didn't hesitate for a second she went straight to the room and helped us set it up was done super fast and they were friends we stayed three days two nights. I love that we had an iron ironing board microwave refrigerator and hair dryer. My husband and I especially loved the refrigerator and microwave I saved us a lot of money on having to go out to eat. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family and I would definitely be coming back for our next getaway."
