"Good location but Noisy, not desirable area, no amenities, smells, front desk person not polite on check in, can hear other room noises, Fridge not working, no glasses for bathroom, uncomfortable old mattresses. "

"We all had bunkers- it was like having a slumber party and was kind of unique and fun. The best thing about this place is the location next to metro and all the meeting places for excursions. Just a few minutes to walk there. It was awesome this place had laundry and gym. Would recommend if you are just doing excursions from Naples. Not a location that is lively to roam streets though."

"We had a lovely room that was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we could choose our pillow type if we wanted. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a deluxe room, which was great as it had coffee making facilities in, which the superior rooms don't. The location was perfect for sightseeing and connections for train and metro. Overall a great stay!"

"It was close to most things but this area was rather poor and a lot of homeless near by. It was definitely one of the nicer buildings. The hotel breakfast was really good our room was ok it wasn’t as nice as I had expected. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There way black mold in the shower. "

"This is by far, the worst hotel we've stayed at in Europe. This hotel needs a complete upgrade, starting from the rooms. The rooms need to eliminate all carpeting, as it attracts so much dirt and allergens. Having them, forces the cleaning staff to clean with such harsh chemicals and foul-smelling cleaners or deodorants. As soon as we entered the room, all of us kept sneezing due to the strong odor of the cleaning solution. Even with opening all windows, the smell didn't go away. They were seeped into the carpeting. The bathroom is very old with moldy tiles and showers. The plumbing fixtures & the hair dryer look like they were there since the 70's. The amenities were non-existent...no gym, no bar, no spa, only the sad view of the dilapidated & dirty buildings outside. For the amount of money you pay, it is definitely not worth the stay."

"Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very clean. Quiet despite central location. Breakfast was very good - lots to choose from. Only downside was that our aircon wasn’t working which would be a problem in warmer months. "
