"Is within walking distance to Mercados, restaurants, and attractions. Place was very clean. The things I wished it had was a microwave and blender as I planned to make food at the place which why I reserved a place with a kitchen. The only thing not working properly was the shower head, it was leaking but it was not that bad. Also it rained some days and water seeped into living space through the front door each time. This was late June. Besides that kitchen had other amenities such as fridge with ice, stove, toaster, cook wear, dishes, cooking oil, salt, sugar, pepper. They provided filtered water. The bathroom had soap bars and shampoo. Towels seemed clean. Bedrooms had closets and clean sheets. You can hear the neighbors next door. Thankfully we didn’t have anyone staying up too late disturbing the peace. Instructions on how to get your key was a little confusing to me. I arrived late at night and so I had to call the property owner/manager and he answered right away and was helpful with instructions. I didn’t need him after that. Cleaning lady was very nice and helpful in giving tips on where to eat and what to see. I traveled with my older parents. Adults only. I would stay here again. But not with my small children because there is no pool. "

Overall experience was excellent! We stayed at this location due to the proximity to the Oaxaca airport; however, we are glad to have found this gem. Staff was even kind enough to assist in coordinating transportation for us. "

"Ok let me start by saying that the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. A big thank you to Ricardo who kept sharing with us great meal spots around town, tips, etc... the rooms were clean and comfortable, AC worked just fine and the hotel is literally inside 3-4 blocks from the Zócalo downtown park area. Plenty of great restaurants to visit inside waking distance. Make a note that the hotel closes its main doors facing the street at 9pm which made us feel secure and they reopen in the morning. Noise was never an issue at this hotel, and we slept very comfortably. I was traveling with my wife and two teen girls, and never felt uneasy or unsafe at the hotel or walking around this beautiful city."

"This hotel is in walking distance to the Mercado and lots of restaurants! You can easily also find food stands plus lots of stores. The staff is great really friendly! And super helpful I extended my stay by one night and they were able to accommodate us without any issues!"
