A beautiful boutique hotel approx a 10 minute walk from Ciutadella. The staff were also super friendly and helpful and the facilities were great. The small pool and outdoor space were great to relax. A truly special hotel to say the least. On arrival we were greeted and welcomed by the receptionist with such warmth, and given a tour around the hotel and given as much information as possible about our stay there as well as recommendations of where to go on the island. The room was cleaned and replenished every morning meaning after an exhausting day out we could come back and relax in a refreshed room. This hotel is beautiful very relaxing super stylish. The staff are truly lovely our room would have been fine for a one or two night stay but it was just to hot. We thought the air con was not working. When we ask to be shown how to work the air con they explained it was on winter settings but it was far to hot for us to sleep. Loved the pool. Loved the shower. Loved the balcony. Loved the breakfast choice. Unable to find plug to power kettle. Had to pull out furniture to plug in kettle - behind desk and television.

The hotel location was excellent (5 min walk to edge of the old town) and lots of free parking close. The hotel was clean and staff very helpful and polite. We didnt have breakfast but there are numerous options all within a few minutes walk.

The check in was easy and smooth. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was superbig and they change sheets every day. The only thing I didn't like is that we had to call to enter if it was later than 12am (even though they opened quite quick)

Before I went to menorca I wasn't too sure about this place due to it's name 'hostal' la isla. but when I arrived I got a good surprise. The hostal resembled a 3-4 star hotel, very modern, nice decor. The rooms were also very nice, comfy bed, good shower, free wifi, and the room was spotless. The hotel - not hostal - staff were also very kind, friendly anf welcoming. I loved it :-)

Great value for money especially for solo travellers and the single room. Location a few minutes walk from the bus stop and really easy to get around the island. Plenty of restaurant choices locally for dinner including the hotel restaurant. All reasonably priced and good food options.

The location was perfect only a 6 min walk into the centre The room was a great size both the bedroom living room/ kitchen area and a huge wrap around balcony the overlooked the pool area The staff were extremely helpful and friendly..we will definitely recommend it to our family and friends and hope to return 😀
