Beautiful hotel. Very serene. Good breakfast but not the best in our trip. Good restaurant but pricey and too gastronomic for our taste. Taxis from the hotel for a 3 mile trip were extortionate and maybe the hotel should arrange a shuttle to give guests a bit more choice.

Great hotel with amazing food & lovely beach club

We were lucky enough to stay for four nights and loved everything about this place. Room was comfortable and spacious, spotlessly clean with lovely views across the estate to the sea from the outdoors terrace. Food was amazing, both at breakfast and dinner, accompanied by some excellent wines from Planeta. Beach Club is also excellent, with great combination of sun & shade plus excellent food at its own restaurant.

This hotel was a refreshing one night break from all the air bnb we stayed at during our trip. We came with our child and while they slept we even were able to use our baby monitor in the restaurant for a romantic meal. The dinner and wine was to die for. Famiky room was great and beds very comfortable. If we are ever in Sicily I know where I will be staying again. *Internet not the best but sufficient for our needs.

We booked 3 nights as a relaxing wine plantation stay after completing a 9 day cycling trip in Sicily. Perfect location for our exploration of the southern and western parts of Sicily. Highest marks for staff and accommodation as well as food. Easy car access to surrounding sights. We also booked 3 nights at their apartments in Palermo—also a treat in a modern apartment well equipped and on border of central city. Used their guide planner as well for an excellent half day walking tour of the city to get our bearings and for suggestions of what to see on our own. Check their website for details.

We really like hotel - the area is beautiful. The products they offered were amazing. There were a few things I thought were not communicated well. One of the major roads to the property was closed which meant we were driving around in circles. An email warning would have been helpful. We informed Google maps but they should have done that. The other issue with the property is the food. We had the very high end dinner one night and then they advised we need to book lunch, we show up and it's the same menu as the night before. And no-one told us that there was a casual menu at the pool that we could have had. And that menu should have been offered in the restaurant. We found that to be a major negative. I wouldn't want the same food as the night before.

Peaceful Planeta

A truly amazing hotel in a peaceful country location not far from the beach. Has a sweet beach club but the loungers are not on the actual beach which is a shame, and the food menu there is very limited. The food at the hotel in both the pool bar and restaurant is amazing. Great quality and a good selection. There are specials everyday which is good as the place is quite remote so eating at the hotel in the evening is easier. The infinity pool is stunning as are the sunsets. Obviously the Planeta wines are a particular highlight and the staff are very knowledgeable. Breakfast is a buffet but because of covid they require you to select from a piece of paper rather than help yourself which was slightly annoying but I guess is the world we live in. Also annoying to have to pay extra for cooked items such as eggs. Overall I highly recommend

What a wonderful concept and location; use of local produce including their own excellent wines and olive oil. Exquisite! But where were the staff; excellent when present, but too many times they were not to be found. Very odd for somewhere that is so excellent in all other aspects.

Sin dalla accoglienza alla reception, dopo nella confortevole spiaggia privata sul mare e durante il soggiorno alla foresteria abbiamo avuto un impatto eccellente, cortese, raffinato col personale.
