I hotel has a great location close to plaza indepensia with good coffee and dining options close by. The pool was a plus and the staff were friendly and helpful. One annoyance was that there was not an english language station on the tv, cnn or bbc please!

Location was excellent. Facility was clean but tired. Safety was very good. Breakfast were only fair. Staff was as helpful as they could be with a poor command of English. It was certainly worth the the expense and we would go back.

O hotel é bem localizado, ficando bem perto da Praça Independência, ou seja, perto de bons restaurantes e do comércio. Já tinha lido que os hotéis não são tão bons na cidade de Mendonça, achei que fui surpreendido negativamente, dado que no quarto só tinha uma tomada que ficava no banheiro. No café da manhã, também achei que ficou muito a desejar

en general muy bien, lo curioso es que al contratar o hacer la reserva me cobraban $2950 (con IVA incluido), sin embargo, y después al pagar como extranjero (me habrían descontado el IVA), tuve que pagar $3150. Insólito!!. Lo justificaron con el cuento de que la AFIP era la que hacía los cálculos....

Hotel bem localizado no centrão! Tem garagem privativa no hotel, o café da manhã é excelente. O que deixa a desejar são as condições do banheiro e dos móveis. Não possui frigobar no quarto. Vale pelo custo benefício.

HOTEL MUY DEFICIENTE , EN TODO SENTIDO

Es un hotel pésimo, que aparte de tener una muy mala infraestructura, com o almohadas reventadas y colchones duros como palo, tiene una recepcionista de muy mal trato , la cual incluso trató de convencer al taxi que nos fue a buscar para llevarnos al aeropuerto que nos dejara botados para que lo ocuparan otros pasajeros. Mujer desagradable, poco empática y mala persona, que no debería atender público de ninguna manera. La piezas chicas, el baño diminuto , la TV chica y de mala calidad . Solicité que nos ayudaran con el aire acondicionado, y jamás llegaron a hacerlo. El desayuno regular, siempre igual, con muy poca variedad. De los 4 tostadores de pan 2 no funcionan, hay que esperar una eternidad para lograr un pan tostado. Hay Hoteles mucho mejores en Mendoza por el valor que este hotel cobra. Finalmente, es un lugar ruidoso, que no cuenta con doble ventanal y que se hace insoportable dormir. Afortunadamente estuvimos sólo 3 noches que fueron casi insoportables por los ruidos, dureza del colchón, mala calidad de almohadas, estrechez de la habitación, falta de apoyo a requerimientos, etc.
