They were able to fix it and make it better. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable but in need of an update. There is a lot of street noise but that seems to be endemic to the city itself."

"The front desk people were very pleasant and cheerful. We found our room very dark, even with the curtains opened. We just looked onto walls or the parking garage. Perhaps it was just our room on the bottom floor. But the hotel was not busy at all. They could have given us a room upstairs that might not have been cave-like. When we arrived, the bathroom was not very clean. Lots of hair and bits of things on the floor and in the shower. We did enjoy the breakfast been brought to our room."

"Desde el año pasado voy todos los meses y la pileta jamas estuvo habilitada. Solicitamos camas individuales porque vamos en grupo de adltas y nos pusieron cuchetas muy incomodas. No andan los calefactores ni el aire frio calor. Tampoco anduvo bien la ducha ni agua caliente"
