"La chambre est spacieuse, avec kitchenette, réfrigérateur etc, lit confortable et literie et serviettes de qualité. L'environnement est rural, ce logement est situé sur une petite base aérienne après tout, magnifique dans le temps enneigé quand j'étais là et à part les 200 derniers mètres, les routes escarpées menant au petit aéroport étaient libres de neige et de glace. "Medieval monastery converted to a beautiful hotel with loads of character and charm. Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel were ideal for afternoon picnics or reading under the shade of the massive pine trees. Great restaurant in-house with locally sourced menu. Every detail was perfect and the staff were brilliant. The surrounding Gorges du Tarn and Gorge de la Jonte were absolutely astounding. Great base for exploring the Cevennes. "
