The only thing that was good was the comfortable bed and the complimentary water. Everything else seemed very dated and sub par. The carpet beside the bed had a massive dark stain. The bathroom needs some major updating. The tub had cracks and didnt look clean. The pipes were making a loud noise as soon as you flush. Even if the adjacent room or perhaps it was the room above would flush their toilet it would make a loud hissing sound as if the pipes were about to burst. If the hotel would do some upgrading to the room then it would be good overall.

We ended up checking out a day early. Our first room had an issue with the hvac. Then the second room smelled, had stained dirty carpets and the toilet ran all night. After our dance comp the convention center we were going to use the pool only to find that it was closed and we didn’t feel comfortable enough to go explore around the area with all the homeless hanging all around the hotel to find something else to do so we just checked out a day early and went home. I do not think the hotel was worth what we paid for it. Sucks we ended up losing out on money for a night that we didn’t stay with out being offering a refund for the unused night.

We were there on business. The hotel's location was convenient to getting back and forth to Memphis in May. Stores were fairly close to a person with transportation.

The only thing I can tell you for this trip is that we were there for a graduation so we were busy all the time therefor we were not in the hotel really other than eat and sleep. While we were there everyone was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay.Thanks

I have only one concern. My daughter was told that Starbuck’s closed at 10:00 and I was looking forward to enjoying a cup of coffee upon my return to the hotel. When I got back and went to the restaurant I was told that they had already closed down which was before 9:45. No, I do not use the coffee machines in the rooms and I would have stopped on the way back to the hotel if one of the staff members had not told my daughter that I would be able to get coffee at the hotel.

Great property, situated within a 20-minute walk of the historic Beale Street, with all its restaurants and music bars. Private parking was available for a small additional fee, and the valet service was quick and efficient. There is a decent bar and a restaurant on-site. I loved using the glass elevator, which provides a great aerial view of Memphis. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the king size bed very comfy. I would go back again.

There is a skywalk from Sheraton to the Renasant center. Handy and safe for attending functions there. Staff was helpful and courteous always. I saw them escorting people off the property who were not staying at the hotel, so they do monitor. Sadly, There were lots of homeless people in this area. But I would stay here again in the future.

Checked in and room was not ready, waited 45 minutes til room was ready. Windows were filthy and could not enjoy the view. Carpet was ripped in a certain area. I don’t think this was 4 star rated hotel.

The property was safe and very inviting. I enjoyed the restaurant, buffet and dining on site. It was conveniently located to the Convention Center. The valet parking was also convenient. Overall excellent place to stay.

Convenient
A wonderful place to stay for any event at the Renasant Convention Center. Feel at ease with safe parking for your vehicle while you use the skyway to go to the convention center from the hotel. The restaurant and bar are also nice and convenient.

Not worth the expense
Did not get the size room we booked. Pool was under construction, would have been nice to have prior knowledge before booking. The bathtub/shower had paint chipping off while using the shower. There was left over food from the previous guests in the nightstand and trash left under the chair from where it had not been cleaned properly.

The hotel was great. The staff was very young. It was a busy weekend and they were being trained. The staff we worked with were GREAT but there were some just standing around every-time. On their phones. So you had both sides of spectrum.
