The staff was fantastic at this hotel but it was quite rundown and my daughter dubbed it "the hotel that Marriott forgot." We love Marriott. I stay at Marriott all the time for work and for pleasure. It's my first choice. The staff was fantastic, but the hotel was sad.

Very clean. Staff were all super friendly. After a long drive, that hot shower and fluffy bed was just what I needed. The bed was a little too cloudlike for my back but the sofa bed did the trick.

The front desk staff was kind and the room was comfortable and the appliances worked. However the hotel has horrible sound proofing, the tv reception was bad and not connected to the Internet like it was advertised, and there was no DnD sign included in the room, I had to ask for one twice

The toilet in my room was not bolted down properly. The shower door was broke and I had to rig it so I could atleast jump in the shower quickly without it falling on me. I do appreciate the front staff for acknowledging that when I brought it to their attention on check out.

We turned down whatever breakfast was available as they charge a hefty fee for it - $10 for yogurt. Was was absolutely stunning, and something I have NEVER encountered in all my travels, they did not offer free coffee! Either as a standalone or at the breakfast counter. We stayed on the first floor and from the check-in area down the hall was the persistent smell of a toilet, urine or stool or both. Regarding the room, a bit neglected but more important than that was the arrangement of the king sized bed that did not fit fully on the wooden frame allowing the frame to protrude a full six inches. This became a shin biter! I’m not going to waste any more time on this review as I would NEVER stay at this place again.
