10/10 Excellent
"Wow, what a great stay. First, good location in downtown Memphis, close to everything. There's a place to unload luggage and the garage is right across the street with in and out parking for $22/day. Upon check-in, we got an upgrade to a suite (thank you!) which was clean, large, and comfortable. There's coffee and ice water in the lobby all hours, and breakfast for $10. There's also a rooftop bar with great views (drinks were more questionable). But, most of all, the staff was amazing - they made us feel like family, and were so genuine. They cared about us, our stay, and our comfort - every time we returned, it felt warm and welcome. 100% recommend."
