"Hand lotion and hair conditioner bottles out of product, discovered in the morning, too late for refills. TV access is more aggravating than not having a tv- unable to connect w wi fi, only stayed one night so read a book rather than waste more than the 30 minutes I did trying to connect"

"The first time I stayed here everything went well. Nothing to complain about. Now the second time I tried to stay at this hotel. I booked on hotels dot com like I always do. When I arrived at the hotel I was told I could not check in. The young person at the front desk told me I had to wait until the morning shift to arrive (which wasn’t for another couple hours) because morning shift was the one who “dealt with these kind of things” well seeings as all I wanted to do was check in early basically because I had reserved the room on my way to Colorado but it was after midnight when I reserved it. I asked about early check in fee and was met with no clean rooms as the response. Well it was wee hours of the morning. No where to go and I didn’t feel like sleeping in my vehicle so I went down the road to another hotel and was able to pay an early check in fee and get a room. Couldn’t get a refund even though I made multiple attempts to contact the hotel through hotels dot com message thing where they connected me to the hotel. So I was out the $90 some dollars I had paid to this hotel. Over the next few months I’ll be traveling back & forth to Ft Collins. However I won’t be staying at this hotel again."

"I reserved a room with a deep soaking tub. I paid more than just your average night there so I could get the deep soaking tub. I did not get a room with a deep soaking tub. The young lady at the front desk was extremely rude and snotty. The hotel is under some sort of renovation. The halls were kinda a mess. The room was clean. There was a guy that must have worked the graveyard shift and got the breakfast out he was awesome very nice and friendly! As we were leaving I stopped at the front desk to drop off my keys and this time there were two women behind the counter (the woman from the day before we checked me in and another one) both were extremely snotty and rude so it wasn’t just an off day from the day before cause there was a pattern. All in all the room, (except not getting the one I requested) the location etc was all good. I will not return to this hotel because of the employees. There’s way to many places to stay in Greeley to where I’m sure you’re not an inconvenience when attempting to check in or even have your presence in the hotel."

"Was a little disappointed,, website showed ammenities. Usually they are in The room when they list them, but we had to go to the front desk to check them out on daily basis. Should have told us that before hand Other than that the room was clean and comfortable."

"The definition of a sketchy hotel. Old, dirty and unsafe. Car alarms going off ALL night. Lots of unhoused individuals with erratic behavior. Believe the other bad reviews and don’t do it."

"Clean room and hallways, beautiful view from my fifth floor room. The staff was courteous and helpful, and they answered all of my questions. Conveniently located in downtown Greeley. "
