"I was a little hesitant to book given the mixed reviews, but we ended up having a wonderful 3 night stay! The room was clean, the staff were absolutely amazing—one of the employees must have worked straight through shifts because he was there first thing in the morning and still there late at night, always friendly and helpful. The lobby was warm and inviting. We did have some trouble with our key cards not working when we returned at night (which seems to be a common issue), but it certainly wouldn’t stop us from coming back. The location is great—close to Holiday World and the Santa Claus Museum. "
