"It's conveniently located near a shopping center (Colinas Shopping), grocery store, and restaurants. You know what to expect from an Ibis Hotel and this one didn't disappoint. It's not a fancy hotel, but has everything you need for a good night of rest."

"The Reception staff was friendly, efficient and acted quickly to resolve our complaints.
We were moved 2 floors up to a room with no problems. The bed was large and comfortable. The safe was easy to operate and everything worked well. The hairdryer in the bathroom was old but worked. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and different options. No coffee machine for fancy coffee but the coffee provided was excellent. There was no liquid soap or shower gel in the bathroom, only shampoo. Walking distance to Santos Dumont Park and to Vicentina Aranha Park. We used taxis to visit family members and to go to Shopping Centers. We can't evaluate the level of English of staff because we spoke to everyone in Portuguese. We would stay there again."
