"I stay at this hotel twice a year for events I come into Cincinnati for. Very disappointed this time in the room amenities. Bottom of one of the beds was broken, bathroom light was not very bright, shower curtain rod was not level so the curtain did not stay closed on either end. I’m not sure if this was just a room that needed to be refreshed. They were painting the lobby right outside the restaurant during my stay so you smelled the paint fumes with your breakfast each morning. Staff was very nice checking in and restaurants staff. "

"Old building. Almost every ice machine was broken. Hollow walls. Could hear every person walking down the halls or shutting their doors. "

"The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean. The only downside is a fountain view room is an upchange. This is odd because its not very big and won't be something id pay extra to see out my window."

"Pool was too cold to swim in. Looked a little dirty on bottom. Bed was the best night sleep I have had on my trip. Great bed and pillows."

"Bugs in room. Not a very clean room for a presidential suite. Also it felt very "old" with the furniture that was in the room. Suite was big but it felt small with the placement of items in the room. The kitchen area is also small, should have been bigger. Felt like they put the room together the night before with the worst rush job. It wasn't clean. Hot tub was alright. "
