"Good hotel, good room, good lobby, good hallways, good staff. Modern up to date everything but not crazy luxurious 5 star. Just a good all around hotel."

"Cleaners took previous sheets and shoved them under top mattress as far as the room goes when it comes to pictures posted they look “similar” but I promise they are more run down than that. It wasn’t a horrible experience but I feel staff could have cared more."

"The exercise room has a great weight set but limited ( due to not working) stepper and treadmill. But overall good!"

"Not sure why we were charged an extra $50 upon check in. There was no carts for unloading and the front desk made no action to find one. She continued to play on phone. The tile in the shower was cracked. Maintenance did at some point try to fill it but did do with gray caulk instead of white. It makes it appear dirty. Breakfast was amazing!"

"Overall the stay was okay. Checking in and paying cash was a problem for the night manager, he was extremely rude and not welcoming. Bed was terrible, but room was spotless. Extremely clean, the rest of the staff over the next few days were good. Talked with the marketing manager and the GM about our issues with the night manager, they went above and beyond to try to make up for it. (We stayed there to meet someone to purchase a puppy. The hotel ended up mailing us a toy basket for our new pup after explaining what happened) Overall would I recommend this hotel? Yeah probably. They said the night manager will be addressed, cash is accepted. Weekend breakfasts were great!"
