"I think the best experience was EVERY member of staff we spoke to, were extremely friendly, understanding, helpful, organised, extremely polite, knowledgeable and keen to please. Whoever does the staff training here, is to be applauded. However, not one member of staff we spoke to, and there were 7 in total, made us feel they were giving us 'automated or rehearsed ' answers.
Overall, the staff seemed naturally very happy to be there and so it shone through the whole evening. The kitchen...
