Una vacanza da incubo

In realtà non potrei fare una recensione sul hotel Stella Marina.. in quanto al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che la struttura era chiusa da giugno. Siamo stati dirottati presso un’altra struttura a “soli” 1500 metri dalla spiaggia. Quest’ultima lasciava molto a desiderare sui vari servizi ( pulizia, colazione, acqua poca è ghiacciata..). Sicuramente non adeguata a ciò che noi avevamo scelto e pagato ANTICIPATAMENTE. Cosa potevamo fare? Abbiamo percorso in macchina circa 1350 km e quindi ci siamo dovuti adattare.. abbiamo tentato di chiedere un rimborso almeno parzialmente alla titolare della Stella Marina, ma ci è stato detto che ciò non era possibile. Dopo soli 6 giorni a fronte dei 10 che avremmo dovuto fare, siamo scappati. Un consiglio ad Hotel.com scegliete meglio i vostri partner.. o quanto meno accertatevi che le strutture siano aperte!
